Employee Insight
Service
Who This is For
The Employee Insight Service helps small to medium businesses (10+ employees) without an internal HR role gain a clear, evidence-based understanding of how their team experiences work.
It is particularly useful for business owners who:
-
want early insight into disengagement, pressure, or retention risk
-
want honest feedback without putting employees or managers in difficult positions
-
are balancing growth, change, or increasing workload
-
don't have the time to invest in supervision/check in sessions
What To Expect
The service begins with a brief clarification consultation to confirm what you want from supervision and how it will be positioned within your business.
Employees then have a bi-monthly 15-minute individual check-ins with an independent external supervisor. Sessions are confidential, work-focused, and practical, exploring workload, role clarity, decision-making, and work pressures.
As a neutral third party, I use non-biased questions to understand how work is being experienced and why.
Individual conversations are not reported. However, you receive high-level, de-identified insights that highlight themes and patterns across the business, supporting informed decisions about systems, leadership support, and psychosocial safety — without the need for an internal HR function.
Please note: This is not a performance review or coaching, and it doesn’t replace an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). It provides a structured, confidential space for feedback, guided by a coaching-informed approach.
